We sit down (virtually) and go deep on your brand — your goals, your customer, your voice, your offers, and your competitive edge. This session shapes everything we build. You'll share access to your email platform, website, and any branding materials so we hit the ground running.
WEEK 2: FOUNDATION
PLATFORM AUDIT, SETUP & STRATEGY
We audit your email platform, clean up the account, configure your settings, and map out the full flow strategy. By end of week, you'll receive a strategy overview for your approval before we start writing.
WEEK 2: BUILD
WELCOME SERIES & ABANDONED CART FLOW
We write and build your Welcome Series and Abandoned Cart flow — copy, design, and automation logic. You'll receive a weekly update and both flows for your review and approval before they're finalized.
WEEK 3: COMPLETE
POST-PURCHASE FLOW, TEMPLATES & REVISIONS
We build your Post-Purchase / Nurture flow and finalize your 2–3 branded email templates. Any revision requests from Week 2 are incorporated. Weekly check-in to review everything together.
